Try to clear your browser cache or try login with another browser.
Where can I find the clear browser cache option?
For Internet Explorer: Go to Tools – Internet options or click on the gear icon on the right (according to which version you are using). Then under Browsing history, click the Delete button. Be sure to check Cookies and Temporary Internet Files. Then click the Delete button, and after files are being deleted, click on the OK button to close the Options. Then try to login again.
For Google Chrome: Click the Tool icon in the upper right corner and choose options. On the left (in the blue section) click on Under the Hood and then click on Clear Browsing Data button. You can select a time period (say the last 4 weeks) and check the Empty the cache and Delete cookies options. Then click Clear browser data and close options tab. Try to login again.
For Firefox: Go to Tools and select Clear recent history. You can select a time period from the drop down menu and check Cookies and Cache. Then, click on the Clear button. Try to login again.
Why don’t my downloads start right away? Is this normal?
There might a slight delay from the moment you request a file. Please wait for your download to start – it’s perfectly normal.
I got an “GetOrExtendPremium” error? What does that mean?

I got a "Temporarily Unavailable" message in JDownloader. What does that mean?
Your download will start in just a moment. This is normal, and depends on traffic at that particular moment. You can also try to right click on the link and choose the Resume/Reset option.
What about links in the Files Manager? How long do they stay there? Do I need to delete them?
It is not necessary to delete those links. The links stay on our servers. If for any reason you want to download a file again, you can just click on that link and download a file.
How do you measure traffic? When do I get charged?
You are charged whenever you request a file. If a file is 100MB, you will be charged for 100MB.
I tried to download an Oron Premium File and I got a message that I don't have enough traffic. I checked, and I still have traffic to spend. What's going on?
Some Oron files are marked as premium. Oron Premium files are 4 times more “expensive” than other files. For example, if you want to download an Oron file that is 100MB, you need to have at least 400MB in your Multihosters account. Also, your traffic will be charged as 400MB. Oron charges us this way so we had to comply.

Yes, that means that it needs to be download again, and you will be charged again for it.
Can I upload files from Multihosters to other hosters?
No, you can’t upload Multihosters files to other hosters. Remote upload is not supported.
How many IP addresses can simultaneously download files from your servers?
I have 3 computers at home! Can I download from them at the same time?
If you have a router at home, then you can download from multiple computers at the same time, since all of them share the same IP address.
I don’t have PayPal – how can I pay for the Multihosters service?
You can select the option to use PayPal, but instead of logging in, you can just type your credit card details without registering. We also support other payment methods like AlertPay, Moneybookers (Skrill), etc.
But what if my country doesn’t support PayPal?
Try with the other payment methods on our website or ask our support for a list of resellers.
Why won’t AlertPay accept my credit card?
AlertPay is having a few issues with VISA/Master credit cards. Use an American Express card with AlertPay instead, or consider using another method of payment.
